Review of College Hoops 2K7

I have owned this game for about a week.If you are familiar with the college hoops series you will immediatly be familiar with everything about this game.The game plays almost identically to past versions.The graphics are a little bit dissapointing.They are only a slight upgrade over the past genaration consoles and I don't think they really push the xbox 360 to the limit.Don't be overly fooled by the screen shots provided on various web sites.These are shots of close ups during instant replays and cutscenes.If you do not have an HDTV setup it will be very hard for you to tell the difference between the graphics of this game and last year's game for the ps2 or xbox.The gameplay itself is a blast.This isthe college basketball game to get.The only frustrations I have had with actual gameplay are that the computer can sometimes go on streaks where they hit about 10 three pointers in a row (even if the player shooting is only average at best).Layups are also missed a bit too often.The computer seems to cheat a bit and is able to hit a higher percentage of shots within the last minute of the game.This makes close games tough to win.I've already lost a couple of games at the buzzer because of this.Other than these minor frustrations the game has been nothing but fun.This is easily the best basketball game out right now for all the next generation systems.
