Review of Sniper: Art of Victory

Well I decided to give this title a shot after playing some of the other games by City Interactive. While this is has some good graphics and controls rather well, I just don't think the Chrome engine can handle sniper style games. There is a constant fog in the distance and the enemy will suddenly appear out of nowhere. Hence not giving you a real chance to snipe them. I have noticed several of their WW2 style shooters are like this. There are some missions where the enemy is laid out in a complex and you have the advantage, but others where you have to infiltrate into an encampment you'll never see them until you're within range to kill them with a normal rifle or machine gun. I recommend this game if you are a WW2 fanatic like myself, or if you can find it cheaper on a bargain bin. Otherwise stick with Call of Duty.
