Review of Wii Fit Yoga Mat

When using the wii fit, certain exercises in the yoga and strength training parts need you to be on the floor and this can be really uncomfortable if you have a hard wood floor like me or thin carpet. For this I would definitely recommend a yoga mat since if you used just an ordinary blanket or something there would be too much slippage. However, this yoga mat is very overpriced simply because it has "wiifit" written on it. I bought a second mat for only $5 on saleat a sports store that is the same quality and you could get a much better quality premium mat if you really wanted to spend as much as they are charging. So unless you need to have everything branded with Wii Fit on it, go to your local Walmart or Target or local sports store and buy a traditional yoga mat, and I'm sure you could find one in that lime green color too. This way if the Wii Fit does inspire you to continue Yoga professionally, you won't look like a fool when you bring your Wii Fit mat to class!
