I got this bad boy a couple of days ago and it works well for me.My elite is loud and thought this would quiet it down but i was wrong so i know have the fans running from inside the 360 and the 3 fans this cooler comes with.The only thing you have to know is that its a manual fan cooler and you need to turn ON the fans and if you don't, then it just blocks the airflow to the 360 and cause it to overheat.The switch is below the power adapter on the right so you know where to reach to flip the switch.
The good thing is that it does not block anything else that would associate with the 360 like the power cable, wireless adapter and HDMI cable
