Review of PSP Thrustmaster T-X3 Battery and Grip

I bought this right before an 8-hour trip. The way that this product works is that it acts as an external charger. When your using the PSP, there is a plug on the thustmaster that plugs into the A/C input on your PSP. So your PSP doesn't use its internal battery until the Thrustmaster battery is depleted. I watched movies on my memory stick for about 6.5 hours straight on the trip. When I arrived, my internal battery was still at 100% charge. I couldn't believe it.

I have a PSP 2001 and the thrustmaster is about the same thickness as the PSP itself, so its thicker when using the thrustmaster, but still very comfortable to hold. The other really cool thing that I like about this is that the Thrustmaster screws into the top of your PSP and then can rotate. So when you aren't using it, you can flip it around so that it covers and protects your screen. That was a very welcome and unexpected feature. I very highly recommend this product!
